Return and Refunds Policy

At The Miracle Store, we strive to offer the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used items once sold or delivered.

General Conditions:

  • The Miracle Store is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • If a product is received in a damaged condition (e.g., broken, leakage), a refund or replacement will be processed only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage:

  • If there is any problem or quality issue with the product, video proof of the unboxing is required within 24 hours of delivery. The request for return or refund will be accepted only if the video proof is sent to tmscare398@gmail.com.

Return and Exchange Requests:

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by The Miracle Store.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.
  • Once your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7-21 business days and will be transferred via the payment method used during the order placement.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • No refunds will be made once goods are sold.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order placement will incur a 30% deduction from the order value to cover processing, shipping, and packaging costs.
  • Shipping charges incurred on free trials are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Return:

  • All products once purchased are non-refundable. However, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
    • The product is received in a physically damaged condition.
    • The product has missing parts or accessories.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Not Shipped Yet: Any order that has not been shipped can be canceled partially or fully. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded and should reflect in your account within 7-10 days.
  • Order Damaged on Receipt: If the product is damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace or cancel your order. Please notify us of the damage on the day you receive the product.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive items different from what you ordered, we will arrange for the incorrect items to be picked up and will ship the correct items to you as soon as possible.
